We are currently searching for an Events Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the conception, strategy, coordination and execution of events across BrandLinkDC’s roster of clients. This position will manage ongoing and one-off projects of varying size and scope. Reporting to the VP of Events, the Events Manager will also directly manage budgets, vendor relations, on-site execution and coordination, proposals and client needs, while working in tandem with our press and marketing teams. They will also assist in identifying opportunities to further develop the event roster and scope for BrandLinkDC.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker that is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful and persuasive with strong decision-making skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must have an energetic and positive attitude, bring a creative approach to the job. They will have 3+ years of client-facing experience creating and executing events including logistics, vendor procurement, audience development, budget management and post event analysis. The ability to work nights and weekends is required.

Public Relations Director
We’re looking for a candidate with 7+ years of public relations agency experience developing and executing public relations strategies for national accounts. Reporting to the VP of Public Relations, this role requires a PR pro that can manage a team as well as a portfolio of high-profile accounts. Someone who can sniff out the big stories, cultivate client relationships, and comes with a wealth of longstanding editorial relationships.
Public Relations Manager
The PR Manager serves as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, helping to build strategy and executing the plan. Job requirements include 4 years of public relations experience showing a path of increasing responsibilities including the ability to manage one’s own accounts. Must be a problem solver, strategic thinker and an eternal optimist who has an overwhelming desire to craft and tell the stories of our incredible clients.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative Content Manager to lead social campaigns for our clients in the retail, hospitality and real estate verticals. Reporting to our Director of Digital Strategy and working as a central part of our messaging team along with our public relations, marketing and event departments, you will develop and implement content calendars, implement both organic and paid social strategies, and manage reporting across social platforms and influencer programs. Experience with consumer brands, hospitality or real estate verticals a plus.
Candidates will have 2+ years of experience in the field and an innate sense of creativity and curiosity, with an editorial eye for content, copy, and messaging standards; photography/graphic design experience; existing relationships with key social media influencers; solid copywriting and research skills and the ability to communicate in multiple brand voices.
Our internships provide invaluable hands-on experience in the field, with interns working with our event and publicity teams on the creation of campaigns and event concepts all the way through to implementation. Internships are unpaid and a minimum of 15 hours per week. Interns must have their own laptops, and must be available to assist with events (evenings/weekends).
